Club Information

Dunderry GAA Club was formed in 1890 and caters for the parishes of Robinstown, Dunderry & Kilbride. We are located centrally in County Meath, between Navan & Trim. Our current grounds were opened in 1988, our clubhouse in 2013 and the new Juvenile pitch set to open in Summer 2017.

We have won only one Senior Football Championship to date, in 1995 allowing our most famous son, Tommy Dowd to captain Meath to All Ireland success in 1996. Also on that team were Barry Callaghan and panelist Stephen O’Rourke.

Dunderry have won the Intermediate Football Championship 4 times, in 1944, 1947, 1970 & 1990. The Intermediate Hurling championship was won in 1991 and 2014.

Dunderry is a Senior Hurling and Intermediate Football, as well as a vibrant Camogie Club at the moment. We have teams from adult level in both codes all the way down to Under 8 level.

Main Sponsors of the club are Dunderry Fair, which is entering the 13th year and will be held on May 14th 2017.
