The action continues in Round 4 of the Hurling Championships today with games across the Senior, Intermediate and Junior competitions as the penultimate round of group stage action draws to its conclusion.

The final game of the weekend in the Ted Murtagh Clothing & Footwear, Trim SHC sees the meeting of high flying Kiltale and Na Fianna who are finding the going tough this season.  Kiltale opened up the campaign with a draw against Ratoath and appear to be in a battle with them ever since to finish with the best score difference if they both go on to win their remaining games to see who tops the group.  To that end, yesterday’s one point win for Ratoath over Longwood has opened a window of opportunity to strike for Kiltale and they will see an injury hit Na Fianna side as an opportunity to capitalise. Can Na Fianna put a pin in their balloon?

In the JM Food Services Intermediate Hurling Championship, Rathmolyon are motoring well under the stewardship of Andrew Dermody and they take on a Trim side who are shorn of a few regulars today as the effects of Electric Picnic weekend take their toll. Will Rathmolyon come away from Longwood with a fourth win on the bounce?
