The first of the Coolrite sponsored U-19 Football Championship Finals takes place this evening (Friday) when there is a double header of action in Dunganny. St. Colmcille’s and Donaghmore/Ashbourne meet in a repeat of the 2021 Minor Final at 20:00 and in the opening game of the double bill, Ballinlough take on St. Mary’s in the B Final.
Will St. Colmcille’s pull off a repeat victory or can Donaghmore/Ashbourne pull off a victory off the back of a brilliant end to 2022 last year when the claimed both the Minor and U-20 Championships?
In the B decider, will it be Ballinlough who claim glory as the rejuvenation of their underage setup flourishes or will it be a famous success for the side from the banks of the River Boyne, St. Mary’s?
