Ahead of the commencement of the Eirgrid sponsored U-20 Leinster Football Championship, the Meath panel has today been revealed by team manager Cathal Ó Bric and the spread of clubs involved shows that the net has been cast far and wide.
In total, there are players involved from twenty clubs with St. Patrick’s having the highest individual representation of any club with four panellists. There are thirty seven players on the panel with players from Senior, Intermediate, Junior and Junior B clubs included.
The selectors with the panel are David Callaghan, Eoin Joyce and Marcus Brennan, with Niall Flynn acting as goalkeeping coach.
