Meath welcome Kerry to St. Loman’s Park in Trim on Saturday for the concluding round of the Allianz Hurling League knowing that nothing less than a victory will do should ambitions of gaining promotion to Division 1B for the 2027 season be realised. For that to happen, Meath will also require Mayo to take down Westmeath in Castlebar.

Please note that your ticket will also cover the Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Hurling Championship Phase 1 Round 1 meeting of Meath and Kildare at 15:00.
The three changes for Meath see Damien Healy, Rory Fagan and Sean Doyle all come in to the starting line-up as Anthony Healy, Darren O’Higgins and Mark Leavy drop down to the replacements bench.
There are also a couple of positional switches from the Laois game with Lorcan O’Connor moving back from midfield to line out at left corner back, Eoin Donegan pushes out to midfield from left half forward and Tom Shine goes from corner forward to centre forward.
Gavin King will line out in goals once more and he will be protected by the full back line of Jarlath Ennis, Sean Geraghty and Lorcan O’Connor. The half back line will again be anchored by team captain Daire Shine at centre back, with Noah Conroy at right half back and Simon Ennis at left half back.
The switch of Eoin Donegan to midfield sees him renew the partnership with Joey Cole that had been familiar earlier in the season.
The returning Damien Healy will line out at right half forward, with Tom Shine switching out from top of the right to centre forward and Lorcan Byrne also moving out from the inside line of the attack to don the no.12 jersey.
There are two more changes in the forward line as Rory Fagan makes his first start of the season at right corner forward, Sean Doyle comes in on the edge of the square with Mikey Cole lining out at left corner forward.
Among the replacements, Padraig O’Hanrahan and Sean Coloe come into the matchday panel for the first time in 2026.
