I have a degree and masters in Strength & Conditioning (Exercise Science) and over 12 years’ experience working in elite sport both in Ireland and abroad.
My international experience includes working with the Sydney Swans, NSW Waratahs, professional and amateur boxing in both Australia and the USA, and a season travelling on the professional golf tour.
Within Gaelic Games, I have worked across all levels having supported both individual players and teams at club and intercounty level, senior and underage grade, and across male and female codes.
At intercounty level, I have worked as an S&C Coach for the Dublin and Leitrim senior and under-20 footballers.
