The Hurling Championship action in the JM Food Services Intermediate Hurling Championship resumes on Thursday evening with the meeting of reigning champions Kildalkey and St. Patrick’s in Kilberry.
Last October the Kildalkey third string defeated St. Patrick’s in the K Windows & Doors JHC Final and this evening the side from the east of the county will come up against Kildalkey’s second string. That ensures it will be a very stiff task for St. Patrick’s but they come into the game buoyed by an improved performance against Boardsmill in Round 3 when they put it up to one of the sides tipped as Championship contenders.
