There is one alteration to the Meath side to take on Derry on Saturday evening in Round 2B of the GAA All-Ireland Senior Football Championship in Find Insurance Celtic Park as Adam O’Neill comes in as an indirect replacement for Ruairí Kinsella.
The Bhulf Tón clubman comes in at midfield and elsewhere on the team there are a number of positional switches. Bryan Menton drops back into the centre back role, Seán Coffey pushes out to left half back, Mathew Costello moves inside to centre forward and Ciarán Caulfield is at left half forward.

Having come back into the side for the game against Cork three weeks ago, Ronan Ryan holds onto his spot in the full back line, and his return to the side means the same full back line that appeared in the 2025 Championship will line out once more in Derry and they will have Seán Brennan behind them in goals.
Bryan Menton is selected at centre back where he could come up against Conor Glass and he forms part of a very experienced half back line as Donal Keogan is at right half back and Seán Coffey on the left flank.

The returning O’Neill will be partnered by Cian McBride in the middle of the pitch and McBride is set to bring up the quarter century of appearances in the green and gold jersey.
Mathew Costello lines out at centre forward and the Dunshaughlin player will be flanked by his clubmate Charlie O’Connor at right half forward and Ciarán Caulfield at left half forward, with Caulfield moving up to a position he regularly occupies for Trim.
The inside line of the attack is the same as that which fielded against Cork with James Conlon on the edge of the square, Jordan Morris at top of the right and team captain Eoghan Frayne at left corner forward.
