Meath and Kildare meet in the final of the Paul McGirr Cup at Glenisk O’Connor Park on Saturday 7th June with a throw in time of 4.15pm.
Manager Joe Cowley stays with the same 15 that overcame Donegal in the semi final on a score line of 6-11 to 0-12 in Armagh last Saturday.
Meath met Kildare in Round 2 of the Leinster Championship in Newbridge with the home side outscoring The Royals 2-01 to 0-01 in the last 10 minutes to win 3-14 to 1-15. Meath will be hoping their wins over Galway and Monaghan in the Paul McGirr Cup where they had to dig deep to get late scores to win can help them when they rematch with the Lilywhites.
The McGirr Cup Final takes place after the Tailteann Cup Preliminary Quarter Final between Offaly and New York and anyone that arrives after Half-Time in that game will receive free admission to the Meath v Kildare match.
