The group is in great form after Saturday night in Derry. We’ve a few nights together this week to get ourselves right for Mayo on Saturday now and it’s a challenge we are really looking forward to.
I’ve said before that I am a Meath supporter first and foremost and the same goes for the players so we really appreciate the connection we have with our travelling support. One of the upsides of games outside of Croke Park is the opportunity to mingle and meet supporters after the game. Anyone in Derry on Saturday will appreciate those moments with the players after the game so we are hopeful of another big crowd in Castlebar this weekend too.

Championship games in the height of summer is what we live for, we are heads down now til the weekend in preparation. See you in Castlebar!
