The Co. Commitee meeting in Dunganny this evening (Monday) ratified the U-20 Hurling, Minor Hurling and Minor Football managers for 2024 with Kilmessan, Drumree and Seneschalstown clubmen takinng the Bainisteoir bib for the upcoming Championship campaigns.
Following his two year spell as Minor manager, Ger O’Neill from Kilmessan steps up to take charge of the U-20 panel, following on from James Andrews who was manager in 2023.
Drumree clubman Martin Lynch has been confirmed as the new Minor Hurling manager, having been the man in charge of the group at U-16 level this year.
Two-time Keegan Cup winner with Seneschalstown, Joe Cowley is the new Minor Football manager, having been coach of the Wicklow Senior Footballers for the past twelve months. Prior to that he was coach of Inniskeen in Monaghan having previously managed Seneschalstown.
