Meath selection unveiled for Good Friday showdown

Ger O’Neill has made a total of three changes in personnel for Friday’s Electric Ireland Leinster Minor Hurling Championship Preliminary Quarter Final against Kildare from the team that started against Down two weeks ago.  Adam O’Neill, Patrick Jordan,  and Tom Condon all come into the starting line up for the knockout fixture in Hawkfield. The game throws in at 14:00.

With a victory over Down and a defeat against Westmeath from the two games thus far, it has been a promising campaign for the young Royal hurlers but they will know an improvement will be required against Kildare.

Kyle Ennis who top scored against Down once more captains the team from corner forward while Mark Leavy switches out from his regular wing forward berth to partner Fergal Flynn at midfield, with Tiernan Anderson missing out having picked up an injury two weeks ago.
