The annual Meath GAA Golf Classic, sponsored this years by Hanleys Clean Meals, took place on Friday July 21 in Headfort Golf Club and a great days golfing action was enjoyed by all teams with the standard of play exceptionally high.
Teams who played in the morning enjoyed almost perfect playing conditions while those with an afternoon tee time could say the same for approximately sixteen holes before the rain came as the days golf came towards its conclusion.
