After Ratoath comfortably defeated Blackhall Gaels on Thursday, the action on this August Bank Holiday Weekend continues in the Hurling Championship on Friday with two games in the Ted Murtagh Clothing & Footwear, Trim SHC and one in the JM Food Services IHC.
The Group A clash in the Senior Hurling Championship which will be played in Ratoath sees Kilmessan, who were impressive in Round 1 when defeating Clann na nGael, taking on a St. Peter’s Dunboyne side who are in need of a confidence boosting victory having lost out in both of their two games to date.
The Group B game sees two sides coming into their Round 3 meeting unbeaten with Killyon who have a 100% record coming up against Kiltale who have a win and a draw to their name. Kiltale will be fancied by the majority of people but can Killyon contunue on their upward curve of late?
The sole game in the JM Food Services IHC sees Kilskyre/Moylagh who have been performing better than their record of zero wins from two games suggests taking on Trim who after losing out to Boardsmill on the opening weekend, defeated St. Patrick’s last week.
