Following the setback of last week’s defeat to Derry, Colm O’Rourke has freshened up his selection and made three changes in personnel to the starting XV for Sunday’s local derby against Louth which takes place at 14:00 in Páirc Tailteann.
Returning to the team are Mathew Costello and Shane Walsh who have recovered from injuries while Jack Flynn who has yet to see action for Meath this year makes his his return to the team as he partners Ronan Jones at midfield. The full back line of Adam O’Neill, Michael Flood and Harry O’Higgins who have all made their senior inter-county debut this year is unchanged for the third game in a row.

There are a number of housing estates in the vicinity of Páirc Tailteann and we appeal to patrons attending Páirc Tailteann on Sunday not to park in these residential areas. We also ask that supporters do not park in Aldi on Brews Hill. There are a large number of car parks in Navan to cater for match going supporters. Meath County Council have advised us that cars parked illegally will be clamped.
