Following on from Saturday’s victory over Wicklow in the opening round of the Dioralyte O’Byrne Cup, Meath have made seven changes in personnel for the trip to Gracefield on Wednesday evening as they get set to take on Offaly in the Quarter-Final.
The Curraha pairing of James McEntee and Jack O’Connor come back into the side, with O’Connor making a return to the panel following a year travelling in Australia. Billy Hogan, Ciarán McCarrick, Bryan Menton, Cillian O’Sullivan and Darragh Campion are the others to come into the side from that which played on Saturday with Finn Moore, Oran Smullen, Ross Ryan, Conor Gray, Charlie O’Connor, Rian McConnell and Gary Breslin making way.

Billy Hogan who was an ever-present in 2025 will return between the uprights, with Ciarán McCarrick (a first half substitute on Saturday) coming in at right corner back alongside Ger Dwane and Shane Gibney in the full back line.
Killian Smyth and John O’Regan continue in their wing back and centre back roles and they are joined in the half back line by the recently married James McEntee.
Daithí McGowan lined out at wing forward in Aughrim but he moves out to midfield for this encounter and he will partner Bryan Menton who is set to make a landmark 150th appearance in a senior jersey for Meath.

Cillian O’Sullivan and Jack O’Connor come into the half forward line in the wing forward berths with Oisín Martin moving inside from left half forward to centre forward.
In the inside forward line, Niall Finnerty switches from top of the left to top of the right as his Skryne clubmate Darragh Campion makes a return to the starting line-up at left corner forward and Diarmuid Moriarty continues at full forward.
