The stakes are high in Markievicz Park on Saturday afternoon with a place in the Christy Ring Cup Final at place when Meath and Sligo meet in the final round.
The winners are guaranteed a place in the decider with both teams coming into the final round tied at the top of the table on six points after four rounds while Derry are poised in third place, just a point behind the table toppers.
When the teams met in the Allianz Hurling League on the first weekend of February, Meath came out on top by six points after a tough battle and another tight encounter is anticipated on Saturday.
