Loughcrew Gaels/Gaeil Colmcille were crowned Emerald Park Boyne Cup U14 hurling Division 1 winners after a thrilling extra-time final victory over Ratoath in Dunganny last Sunday.
The north Meath lads claimed the inaugural Division 1 title on a scoreline of 4-8 to 3-7 and the victorious captain was presented with the Boyne Cup by Meath Hurling Development Chairperson John Brennan.
Navan O’Mahonys defeated Trim by 3-7 to 0-3 in the Division 2 Shield decider while Boardsmill edged out Donaghmore/Ashbourne by 0-8 to 1-1 to take Division 3 honours.
