The big game of the day today is the clash of Kildalkey and Clann na nGael in the Ted Murtagh Clothing & Footwear, Trim Senior Hurling Championship, a game which would see the reigning champions miss out on the knockout stages should the lose out to their near neighbours.
Trim meet St. Peter’s Dunboyne who have been struggling to date and it would be a surprise if they don’t pick up the win and it’s a similar scenario for Kilmessan against Dunderry.
Donaghmore/Ashbourne take on Drumree in Páirc Tailteann in the JM Food Services Intermediate Hurling Championship and a win for the ‘Moors and a Gaeil Colmcille win over Wolfe Tones in Kilskyre would see Drumree miss out on qualification.
