Royals unveil selection for visit to The Kingdom
Royals unveil selection for visit to The Kingdom

Ahead of our visit to Tralee on Sunday, Seoirse Bulfin has made three changes from the side that lost out to Carlow in the Round 2 fixture a fortnight ago. Two come in defence while the third is a personnel alteration at midfield.

Coming into the side are Seanie Geraghty, Daire Shine and Kris Gorman with Mickey Burke, Niall McLarnon and Paul Kelly dropping out.

Joint captain Charlie Ennis continues in goals with Shane Whitty and Ronan Byrne continuing at full back and left corner back respectively.  The experienced Seanie Geraghty comes in at right corner back.

Geraghty’s clubmate Daire Shine lines out in front of him at right half back and he is joined in the half back line by Simon Ennis and Ethan Devine.

There is a youthful look to the midfield pairing with Kris Gorman partnering Tom Shine.  Further forward in the half forward line, this is unchanged from the Carlow defeat with Seanie Martin joining the Trim duo of James Toher and James Murray.

The inside line sees James Kelly flanked by the red hot pairing of Nicky Potterton and Padraig O’Hanrahan.

Tickets for the game in Tralee are available from selected Centra/Super Valu stores or online:  Meath v Kerry Tickets
