Meath unveil hand for Faithful showdown

Following on from the victories in the last two rounds of the Allianz Football League, Robbie Brennan and his management team have opted to go with the same selection for the third game in succession ahead of Sunday’s Allianz Football League Division 2 Round 7 encounter against Offaly in Glenisk O’Connor Park, Tullamore.

Fresh from kicking seven points from long range frees over the course of the last two matches, Seán Brennan will continue bwtween the uprights in goals and he will have the by now familiar looking full back line of Seamus Lavin, Seán Rafferty and Brian O’Halloran lining up in front of him. Rafferty is in line to bring up the quarter century of appearances for the county on Sunday.

For the seventh game in succession in the Allianz Football League, the same half back line has been selected with Seán Coffey once more lining out at centre back, flanked by Donal Keogan at right half back and Ciaran Caulfield who is making his twentieth League appearance, at left wing back.

Another familiar pairing, that of Bryan Menton and Jack Flynn, will continue in the middle of the field with the duo also linking up together for the seventh Allianz League game in succession.

After coming into the side for the Kildare game, Jack O’Connor will once more play at right half forward, and he is joined in the hald forward line by Ruairí Kinsella at centre forward and Adam O’Neill at left half forward.

Fresh from making his sixtieth appearance for the county last weekend, Jordan Morris lines out at right corner forward with Aaron Lynch at top of the left and Eoghan Frayne manning the full forward position.
