Coiste na Mí received the excellent news on Tuesday that we have been awarded a grant of €329,386 from the Community Sports and Facilities Fund towards the upgrading of the floodlights in our Centre of Excellence in Dunganny from the Community Sports and Facilities Grant.

 

This necessary work will greatly improve the facilities in Dunganny for our players and games and will also ensure that the grounds are more energy efficient.

 

We would like to put on record our thanks to Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and Equality and at the Department of EducationThomas Byrne for his assistance with the grant.

 

Clubs across the county also received large grants towards various projects, details of which are below.
