Meath Coaching and Games are holding a workshop for all coaches of Gaelic games on the 11th of February in Dunganny. ‘Fitter and Faster for Gaelic Games’ is aimed at all club coaches in Meath. The workshop will demonstrate how training sessions can be designed around the needs of the modern game. Meath Nutritionist David Tobin, will show how the gaelic players need to be fueled for performance. While Meath Strength and Condition coach John Coughlan will integrate body mechanics, match analysis and GPS technology into designing training sessions and warm ups that reflect the demands of gaelic games.
