8 Modules covering communication, building and breaking skills, physical literacy, team play and more! All dates have to be attended to receive full certification and participants must have completed the Foundation Award.

Cost: €80pp. If 4 people from the same club attend a course, one place will be free. (4 for the price of 3).

Online Foundation Football Coaching
This requires the theory element to be completed online before attending a practical session on the 25th June 7.30pm in Áras Tailteann. Please get in contact for more details on registering and completing the course online.
Cost of the course is €10pp. 
Child Protection Awareness Workshop:Code of Best Practice

All coaches/mentors involved with underage teams must complete this.
Cost of the workshop is €10pp.
Award One Youth/Adult Football Coaching course on the following dates:
18th June 7.30pm – 10pm, 
20th June 9.30am – 3pm, 
24th June 7.30pm – 9.30pm
27th June 9.30am – 3pm, 
29th June 7.30pm – 10pm.
 
This course will take place in Áras Tailteann in Navan and will cost €80pp. Participants must attend all days, have their Foundation Award completed and be actively coaching in the relevant age-groups.

Course costs €10 per person and both days must be completed along with Child Protection Course to receive certification. Participants must be aged 18+ as instructed by Coaching Ireland.

The course covers a number of key modules including:

To be involved in this course, participants must have already completed their Foundation Award Course and be an active coach in the u14 to adult age-group. Places are limited, therefore it is vital to pre-register by contacting Jenny as soon as possible. There is a charge of €80 per person.

 

There will also be an Award One Child course in early 2015.

The GAA’s Child Welfare Training Programme is a mandatory requirement for all persons working with children in the Association. Courses will start at 7pm and cost €10pp.
