Please note the dates for the upcoming Referee’s training Course for new Referee’s in Dunganny on the following nights.  Participants must attend the 3 nights.

    The course is for anybody interested in Refereeing in both codes.

    The names should be forwarded to the Referee administrator as soon as possible
      • Night 1  – Wednesday, 22nd February 2017 at 7.30 p.m.
      • Night 2 –  Friday, 24th February 2017 at 7.30 p.m.
      • Night 3 – Friday, 3rd March 2017 at 7.30 p.m.

    Meath Coaching and Games are holding a workshop for all coaches of Gaelic games on the 11th of February in Dunganny.

    ‘Fitter and Faster for Gaelic Games’ is aimed at all club coaches in Meath.

    The workshop will demonstrate how training sessions can be designed around the needs of the modern game. Meath Nutritionist David Tobin, will show how the gaelic players need to be fueled for performance.

    While Meath Strength and Condition coach John Coughlan will integrate body mechanics, match analysis and GPS technology into designing training sessions and warm ups that reflect the demands of gaelic games.

    This is a unique opportunity for Meath club coaches to get access to this expertise.
