There will be an Award One Youth/Adult Coaching Football course in Skryne GAA Club starting the 8th June. This course consists of 8 modules and it is now essential for every team to have a coach with an Award 1 qualification. Modules cover communication, building and breaking skills, physical fitness, team play, psychological focus and more! All modules have to be completed to receive full certification and participants must have completed the Foundation Award.

Tactical Prowess / Decision Making Youth Adult Wed 15th June 7.30 – 10.00
Team Play And Tactical ploys Youth Adult Thurs 16th June 7.30 – 10.00
Physical Fitness: Components Principles Adult Only (U16+) Sat 18th June 9.30 – 12.00
Physical Fitness: Components Principles Youth Only (U13 – U16) Sat 18th June 12.30 – 3.00
P1: Playing Facts P2: Psychological Focus Youth Adult Wed 22nd June 7.30 – 10.00pm
Lifestyle Planning Conclusion Youth Adult Thurs 23rd June 7.30 – 10.00pm
